NIH will require the use of Common Forms for Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other Support) generated and certified in SciENcv for proposal applications, and all progress report (RPPR), JIT, and Prior Approval submissions due on or after January 25, 2026. Also effective January 25, 2026, individuals who are currently party to a Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program (MFTRP) are not eligible to serve as senior/key personnel.
